From the natural features of the site to a client’s dreams, lifestyle and passion to gathering data and essential requirements while most notably keeping the budget at bay. This is the story of an interesting client who required her existing home rebuilt because of problems faced during the floods of Kerala.

Ar. Rhea Chungath and her brilliant design team visualized a fabulous 3 BHK in 1750 sq.ft manifesting vital Vaastu principles, architectural concepts and artistic elements. Designed as a contemporary open-space plan, the home comprises two green courtyards and well-defined informal and formal spaces. The team has even gracefully preserved existing trees and an ancestral well on the property.
