The house proposed at Erumapetty, nestled in a quaint little village, is to be built in a 40 cent land. Being avid readers, they wanted to include a reading space along with their other basic requirements. The reading space is designed as a semi-open area, allowing the occupants to enjoy the serene surrounding environment.
Following the traditional Kerala architecture style, a long verandah is designed, welcoming their guests.
